Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed only on the same day the order is placed.

• Once 24 hours have passed after placing the order, cancellations cannot be accepted.

• To request cancellation within the same day, please contact us immediately through Whatsapp, email or contact us page with your order ID.

• Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for same-day cancellations (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, as per Razorpay settlement timelines.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Because our products are custom 3D-printed and made on order, we currently do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or incorrect order placed by customer.

We only accept replacement in the following cases:

• Item received is damaged

• Item received is defective or non-functional

• Item received is incorrect compared to the order

To request a replacement, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at help.priyastore@gmail.com with:

• Order ID

• Unboxing video (mandatory for damage verification)

• Photo of the product received

Replacements will be shipped free of cost after verification.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under these conditions:

1. Same-day cancellation (within 24 hours of placing the order)

2. Order was not shipped within 15 days from the order date

3. Replacement cannot be provided for a verified damaged/incorrect product

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout, within 5–7 working days after approval.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Late cancellation requests

• Minor color/texture differences due to 3D-print manufacturing process

• Customer misuse or damage after delivery

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Order not received due to customer being unavailable

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• All orders are made-to-order.

• Order processing + printing time is up to 7 days from the date the order is placed.

• After dispatch, delivery time varies by location.

Total guaranteed delivery time:

We will provide tracking information once the order is shipped.

Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or remote-area logistics are outside our control.
